Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Klei Merch tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in the original mailer and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
